For a limited time, we are offering UPS Ground shipping on any dress orders (or any order over $28.99) to continental United States. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands).
Orders placed before 10am PST, process the same day and usually ship the next
business day. Orders placed after 10am PST will process the next business day
and usually ship the following business day. Please expect your package
at your door 2 to 7 business days after ordering. All weekend orders
placed Friday thru Sunday ship on Tuesday. Remember, UPS
Ground does not pickup or deliver packages on Saturday
or Sunday.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT TIME LINE ABOUT DOMESTIC AIR SHIPPING:
Please note that it takes one to two business days to process your order depending on what time of the day it is ordered. For example: If you order on Monday after 10am Pacific Time in the morning (CA time), the order would process on Tuesday and expect to ship on Wednesday- the only way that you would receive the order by Friday would be by selecting 2nd day air service. If you selected 3 day shipping, it would expect to arrive on Monday after the weekend. For an order to ship the day after it was ordered, it must be placed before 10am Pacific Time for it to process that day and ship the next day. Any order that is placed after 10am Pacific Time will process the following business day and ship the next business day. Please keep in mind that UPS does not count the day of pick-up as a day of transit. REMINDER: All weekend orders ship TUESDAY. Always allow yourself one extra day so that you have your items on time. If you should need overnight service, please contact us by submitting a "Rush Shipping" ticket prior to ordering to arrange for priority processing. |

We ship all international orders by Global Express Mail
(GEM) which is a traceable and insurable method that arrives
in most countries within 5-7 business days. In some cases and depending on destination country, buyer may have to pay assessed customs fees.
