RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Flowergirldressforless.com, we know that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly assist you with a prompt return or exchange.
- We offer a free e-mailed prepaid UPS return label on eligible dresses for exchange only (for U.S. 48 Contiguous States Only)
- We allow up to 30 days to return or exchange merchandise
- No Restocking Fees
Exchanges:
Your
100% satisfaction with our product is our #1 priority. If you receive a
product and need to exchange for a different size,
style or color, please contact us within 20 days of receiving the merchandise and we will be glad to assist you in handling a one time courtesy
exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
To request a Return Authorization (RA) number, please email us at support.flowergirldressforless.com within 20 days of receiving the merchandise . You will receive an RA# (Return Authorization number) within 24 hours M-F and if submitted over a weekend, the response will be sent the following business day. Do not ship the package back without a valid RA number. If the request is submitted after 30 days of receiving the order, the request will be denied.
- Our Company will pay for the return shipping of eligible dresses for exchange only- see below to determine eligibility of the item(s). You will receive a Prepaid UPS Ground Return label via email to the email address that was given during the placing of the order. This label must be printed out and dropped off at your local UPS DROP OFF LOCATION. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method and choose not to use the pre-paid label, it will be at your own expense.
- The exchange dress(es) must be mailed within 1 week after receiving the Return Authorization Number.
- Do not hold on to the item(s) that you are returning as they have to be back within 30 days from date of delivery.
- If our label is used for a refund (not exchange), $12.50 will be deducted for the use of the label.
- We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping- unless you use the prepaid UPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the UPS Claim is approved. Please insure that the return products are secure and the shipping box is acceptable for reshipping.
Refunds:
We will gladly refund any eligible items purchased. For refunds, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse- no prepaid label is given for refunds. No refunds will be given for items received at our warehouse later than 30 days from date of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees; however, the guidelines below must be followed.
If the refunded items disqualify the remaining order from the promotional free shipping offer, the amount of $10.00 will be deducted for the original shipping paid out on the order.

- All US Angels dresses are Final Sale. Items
from our Red Tag sale category, Items marked Sale, any dress under $40.00, and Custom Orders are sold as Final Sale.
Any item that states “Special Order” under the description is Final Sale.
- We allow up to 30 days to return or exchange merchandise. If a return and exchange is being made within the same order, the buyers is responsible for shipping the item(s) back; however, we will as a courtesy pay for the reshipping on your eligible dress exchange.
- Merchandise received by AIR or RUSH shipping for delivery on a
Friday or Saturday is sold as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise
must be in unworn, undamaged, resalable condition
with all original tags attached. All items are thoroughly
inspected for any sign of being worn including: smoke
or food odor, pet hair, and picks/runs in the fabric. Suits and Tuxedos must
be on original hangers and returned as a complete set to be accepted
for return/exchange.
- Parts or pieces of dresses (such as sashes and flowers) cannot be returned for credit or refund. They may be exchanged within our 30-day Policy for a one-time exchange only. Headpieces, tiaras, tights, or accessories that have been opened cannot be accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.
Refusals: If a shipment is refused upon delivery, UPS
will charge us for the full cost of having the shipment
returned back to our facility. The original shipping
charges (to you) and the return shipping charges (back to us) will be deducted from the credit amount. All
other return policies will apply.
Cancellations: Your credit card processor charges the minute that you enter your credit card in order to obtain approval. Because orders are processed
immediately, any changes or cancellations
after receiving confirmation, will be charged 15%
of the total order to cover any expenses (including credit card processing fees) that we incur
to make these changes or cancellations. Cancellations cost our company more time and fees that an actual order that ships. Please make sure that you are ready to make the purchase as we cannot waive these hard costs fees. Any item marked as Special Order in the availability line (that is cancelled at any time after placing the order), will be charged 50% of the item as they are ordered specifically to fulfill your order.
We
guarantee the lowest prices on all of our items and are
able to maintain these competitive prices because of the way we handle returns.
Please keep in mind that online retailers have to re-sell
the item that you send back. Keeping strict with our 30-day guidelines, insures that you
are receiving a brand new dress that is fresh. As a parent,
we would not want to receive an item that had been in
a strangers home for an extended period of time- so please be kind to the garments that you are returning. Our policies are in place to protect
you and insure you receive a gorgeous dress at great
savings that you cannot find at your local store.
